One of the amazing benefits of Yoga Therapy is that the body is looked as a whole, to bring balance and harmony to the areas that are affected, whether it is an emotional healing, managing symptoms, or creating strength and flexibility in particular areas in the physical body. Results can sometimes be experienced right after a single session, but mostly after multiple sessions. Yoga Therapy consists of 8 sessions, with an Assessment prior to starting the program to look at the concerns of the client. The program concludes with a Post-Assessment to observe the progress of the individual.
Yoga Therapy helps in relieving and managing symptoms in conditions such as: lower back pain, scoliosis, sciatic pain, Fibromyalgia, herniated disc, lumbar, cervical and thoracic problems, balance issues, motor disabilities and others.
Estefania is also very knowledgeable and a teacher of Meditation, a practice that brings stability to the mind. In a private Meditation session the client learns how to concentrate and receive answers to multiple questions that arise form the practice, as well as impart valuable information that helps to look at our thoughts with compassion and understanding. Meditation serves as a tool not to clear the mind, but to create more peace and space in our minds, to create more balance and happiness.
Yoga Therapy and Meditation practices are applicable to anyone and everyone, including healthy individuals, and young adults with commonly seen anxiety disorders, stress and addictions.
